Lebanese cuisine is served generously, and abundantly in keeping with tradition. There are a superb number of dishes out there beginning with small parts referred to as ‘mezza’ which is a combination of bread, salads and dips.
So what can I eat? Fish, pears, gluten free chips & breads, raisens, rice, gluten free pasta, peas, rice cereals, rooster. I try and limit too many uncooked veggies or something that’s exhausting to digest. I like spinach vs iceberg lettuce. I’ve been desperately trying to find remedies for these pores and skin outbreaks… and finally came throughout the candida eating regimen which I imagine goes to clear all this up PLUS help me lose weight on the similar time.
